Equipped with all the modern machines required for cardio and strength training, our gym is open from 5:30am to 10:30pm daily, 365 days a year with professional and friendly trainers in case you need any assistance.
Body Conditioning and Toning

Body conditioning and toning workouts are exercise programs designed to help tone muscles in specific areas of the body. Overall, body sculpting workouts are composed of dance-like moves, stretching exercises and resistance training. Stretching exercises provide an effective means of toning muscle and also enhancing the appearance of the body. Stretching helps to promote ease of movement, helping the muscles tone while resistance training (use of free weights, dumbbells, stability balls, and steppers) can be used to tone in on particular areas of the body. The strength training aspects of resistance workouts allow for the development of a strong body, (toned biceps, triceps, toned thighs, and buttocks).
Spin Bike Studio
An aerobics class done bikes!! Low and high impact, easy on the knees and hips. Great for people of all fitness levels and no biking experience necessary. Combine group instruction, fun upbeat music and an excellent workout on a bike. Burn 300-600 calories in an hour session. Circuit Training/Group Training
Circuit training is an effective way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Circuit training is a workout format, which uses a group of 6 to 10 exercises focusing on either upper/lower body or a full body work out. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of reps or for an approximate time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by brief, timed rest intervals.
Dance
