In addition to exercising, what you eat on a daily basis plays an important role in weight loss. Many a times, the issue is that we aren't getting the right nutrients in our body to support the weight loss and to help our metabolism stay revved up. Sometimes we are not eating enough of the right foods and too many of the wrong ones.
