Body Mass Index
Our BMI Calculator can give you an indication of your Body Mass Index. Body Mass index (BMI) is a tool used to measure your body fat based on height and weight. This applies to both adult men and women. Just insert your details to see your current BMI. This will help you figure out how much weight you may need to lose if overweight or gain if underweight.

BMI Categories

  • Underweight = <18.5
  • Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
  • Overweight = 25-29.9
  • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
